In 1996 a couple of guys from Arizona City decided they needed a place to work out, other than their garage. So they rented a small area, bought a few pieces of equipment and began their work out routine. Then a couple of their friends joined. Thus the idea began, a bigger space was found, more equipment purchased and Arizona City Gym was open for public use. Pretty soon the small 500 square feet club was inadequate and the club relocated to a 1000 square foot area. After several years, once again the gym was too small and expansion began. The small hometown gym was transformed into a complete fitness facility.
Today Tri-Valley Fitness occupies over 7000 square feet, providing its members with the amenities, equipment, and staff to reach their fitness goals. The same commitment that began this endeavor will continue to influence the growth and future of this facility.
