FAQ's

Do I have to check in? What if I forget or lose my card?

Yes. Present your bar coded card at the front counter; you may then scan yourself in. If you forget or lose your card, let the person at the front counter know. She/he will be able to enter you in the computer and if needed, provide you with a new card. (A small fee will apply for a new card.)

What hours is the facility open?

Monday through Friday 5 AM to 10PM
Saturday 7AM to 9PM
Sunday 7AM to 6PM

Are there any restrictions on what I wear?

Yes. Please dress appropriate and wear athletic shoes. For your safety as well as to protect the equipment, No street shoes, boots, heels, or sandals allowed. Also no belt buckles, jeans, or loose jewelry.

Are there any age restrictions?

Yes. Everyone under 18 must have parental signature to be a member. Anyone under 13 must have complete adult supervision. Cardio area and Multi Purpose room – Ages 9 and up
Weight Room area – Ages 13 and up (Due to safety – NO EXCEPTIONS)
Rock Wall – Ages 6 and up

Is there a charge for towels?

No, they are provided to our members free of charge while they are working out at the facility.

Can I transfer my membership?

Only a Paid In Full (PIF) is transferable. It may be transferred one time for a small fee.

Can I terminate my agreement early?

Yes. You must give a 30 day written notice or fill out a Resignation Request and submit it 30 days prior to cancellation. Your account must be current and an Early Termination Fee must be paid prior to termination.

What is a Freeze and can I Freeze my account?

If you have a medical, financial or other situation which prohibits your use of the gym for a small fee your account can be placed on “Freeze” status. A Freeze is a temporary hold placed on your account for up to 3 months. During which time you will not be billed. One Freeze per year is allowed and account must be current in order to place it on Freeze. Your contract will be extended by the number of months your account is on Freeze.

Can I have more than one person on my account?

Yes. Additional people (adults and/ or juniors) can be added to your account. In most cases there is a discount in monthly dues for the additional people. Terms apply.

What if I change my personal info?

If you change you billing information, address, phone, name, etc. fill out a change request and submit it to the front desk. It is your responsibility to keep this information current.
